About Regain OT Services

Idit Cameron is an experienced occupational therapist with over 20 years of clinical practice, specialising in neurological rehabilitation. She established Regain OT Services to support people living with acquired brain injury (ABI), spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions to regain independence and enhance their quality of life.

Her areas of expertise include complex wheelchair prescription, specialised seating solutions, prevention and management of pressure injuries, and adapted recreational activities. Idit works closely with clients and their families, providing tailored solutions in hospitals, homes, and community settings across Victoria and interstate.

Idit is known for her holistic, client-centred approach. She believes in empowering people by focusing on their strengths, supporting them to set meaningful goals and working collaboratively with families, carers, and healthcare providers.

When not working, Idit enjoys being a committed yogini, going on long bushwalks with her dogs through the Dandenong Ranges, and growing veggies in her garden.
